These notices explain what each Soxoa LLC extension reads, when it reads it, where processing happens, and what—if anything—can leave the browser.

MentionedOn Citation Workspace

Research observed AI citations, prioritize evidence-backed fixes, prepare original content, and compare later answers with saved baselines.

Data access

After you click Capture this tab, the extension uses Chrome’s temporary active-tab permission to read the current page. It does not collect background browsing activity.

  • On ChatGPT: rendered question-and-answer text, links inside the answers, the conversation URL, and the capture date. You review and select the answers before saving. Unloaded turns and links in unopened source drawers may not be captured.
  • On other pages: the page URL, title, public metadata, JSON-LD, visible headings, word count, and counts of lists and tables. Page structure is saved when you click capture; the full page body is not retained.
  • You can also enter brand facts, competitors, questions, answers and citation URLs yourself, or import a workspace JSON file you choose.

The page collector does not read cookies, browsing history or form values. If you choose Connect, Chrome requests optional access only to https://mentioned-on.com. The extension locates or opens a MentionedOn tab and makes first-party account requests using its existing signed-in session. It does not read or store your password, cookies or session tokens.

Processing & retention

Saved records are stored in this Chrome profile using chrome.storage.local, not Chrome Sync. Saved conversation text and URLs may contain personal or confidential information; review before saving or exporting. A workspace holds up to 200 answers and 100 reference pages, plus 50 local baselines. Closing the panel keeps saved records; unsaved capture previews are discarded.

Remove an answer or reference page individually, or use Workspace & privacy → Clear workspace → Delete local data to delete the local collection. Uninstalling the extension also removes its local storage. Exported JSON and Markdown files remain on your computer until you delete them. Clearing local data or uninstalling does not delete records saved to your MentionedOn account. Manage those records in MentionedOn or contact support. Disconnect removes the optional site access and clears account results from the panel; it keeps local evidence and does not sign you out of the website.

Sharing

Capture analysis, local recommendations and brief creation run locally. There is no extension telemetry, advertising, remote code or background collection. Connected research reads saved brand, question, scan and citation records from MentionedOn. A competitor-domain filter searches that account history; it is not a complete index of AI conversations or market demand.

Before saving an opportunity, you review the question, selected answer text, conversation URL, citation links, capture date, supplied brand facts and reference headings that will be sent to MentionedOn. Selected account-scan references are resolved within your own account. Other local conversations are not uploaded. Track question and Record change send the question and, for a change, your summary and optional page URL to your account.

Generate draft and Run new scan explicitly request MentionedOn’s existing server-side AI services and use your plan allowances. Those services and their model providers process the submitted context under MentionedOn’s product privacy policy. Drafts are saved for review; the extension does not publish them. It does not measure conversions or claim that an edit caused a visibility change.

Export and copy actions place data in a file or clipboard at your request. Opening source links or ChatGPT makes ordinary browser navigation requests; no saved evidence is attached to those links. Pasting a brief into an assistant is a separate action governed by that service’s policy.

Permissions

  • activeTab gives temporary access to the page after you invoke the extension.
  • scripting runs the on-click page collector and, after optional permission, first-party requests inside the signed-in MentionedOn tab.
  • sidePanel keeps the workspace beside the page you are researching.
  • storage retains the evidence and comparison settings locally.

No host access is requested at installation. Optional access to https://mentioned-on.com/* is requested only when you choose Connect and can be revoked with Disconnect or Chrome’s extension settings.

RegSentry Tracker Snapshot

Gives the user a point-in-time local inventory of known tracker-vendor patterns in resource URLs already visible to the active tab.

Data access

Only after the user clicks Inspect this tab, the extension reads that tab’s URL and hostname, Performance Resource Timing URLs, source URLs on script, frame, image, and link elements, and the presence of common consent-banner markup. It does not read page text, cookies, form values, browsing history, private files, or other tabs.

Processing & retention

Matching occurs locally against a fixed vendor-pattern list bundled with the extension. Results are discarded when the popup closes.

Sharing

The inspected URL and findings are not automatically sent to RegSentry or any third party. If the user chooses Copy domain & open scan, the hostname is copied locally and RegSentry opens in a normal tab. The user must paste the hostname, affirm authorization, and submit the website form.

Important boundary

A post-click snapshot cannot prove which request fired before consent. Results are technical observations—not legal advice or a compliance determination.

Intakra Signal Priority Scorer

Applies a transparent local signal-weight × recency × relevance heuristic to a user-reviewed business event so the user can prioritize source review.

Data access

Manual scoring reads no tab data. Only after the user clicks Use this tab as context, the extension reads that tab’s URL, hostname, title, public site-name metadata, and public JSON-LD organization name and publication or modification date. It does not read page-body text, form values, selected text, cookies, browsing history, CRM data, private files, or other tabs.

Processing & retention

The formula and analysis run locally. Inputs and results are discarded when the popup closes.

Sharing

Page context, selected score values, and output are not automatically sent to Intakra or any third party. Opening Intakra starts an ordinary navigation to the public market-scan page with no extension data attached.

Important boundary

The output is an illustrative review-priority score—not a buying-probability estimate or evidence of intent, budget, authority, need, or timing.

Postedly Bid Decision Panel

Helps a user conduct a local, first-pass bid/no-bid review of one public-sector solicitation before deciding whether it deserves proposal time.

Data access

Manual checklist mode reads no tab data. Only after the user clicks Read this solicitation page, the extension reads the active tab’s URL, title, public JSON-LD schema, and up to 60,000 characters of visible page text. It does not read form values, cookies, browsing history, downloaded files, attachments, payment data, private files, or other tabs.

Processing & retention

Evidence hints and checklist scoring occur locally. Inputs and results are discarded when the side panel closes or the user clicks Clear review.

Sharing

Before optional handoff, the extension removes credentials, query parameters, and fragments from the source URL and lets the user review or edit it. Only after Review on Postedly is clicked, the reviewed title and sanitized source URL are encoded in a URL fragment and opened on the Postedly bid-fit page. The fragment is not part of the HTTP request. A content script limited to that route fills only the target-opportunity field, removes the fragment, and leaves the form unsubmitted.

Important boundary

The extension does not contact buyers, submit to procurement portals, upload attachments, start checkout, determine eligibility or compliance, or guarantee acceptance or award. The current official solicitation controls.
